Lemon juice with seaweed jelly

Freshly squeezed lemony limey juice (I completely lose track of the spectrum of citrus when in Asia...), with brown sugar syrup to sweeten, and chunks of seaweed jelly, I'm guessing made locally from the plentiful supplies in this beautiful coastal area.
