Chose your pieces of boiled chicken from a wide selection (encompassing all parts of the chicken anatomy), and pick from a wide selection of vegetables to accompany. The latter are quickly parboiled and the whole lot chopped up, chucked in a plastic bag and shaken with salt and chili. Eat from said bag with skewers. Enjoy.
