Ba Wan is basically a savoury filling, usually involving pork and maybe mushrooms and bamboo, in a chewy gelatinous wrapper made of corn starch, sweet potato starch and rice flour, the whole lot covered in a sweet and savoury brown sauce. Delicious and filling.
