Murtabak

Murtabak is a double-layered pancake with bread on bottom and egg, meat (we ordered beef), and onions on top. It was served with a curry sauce and sliced cucumbers covered in a sweet (tomato?) sauce. Zam Zam supposedly has the best murtabak in Singapore and didn't disappoint!
