Michelin-star Hawker Chan Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle

Submitted by plane
Liao Fan Hawker Chan Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle
18 Tai Seng Street, #01-02, Singapore 539775 (Circle Line Tai Seng MRT, Exit C)

The most famous of the “Soya Sauce Marination by Chef Chan" recipes. He learned 35 years ago to enhance the level of signature flavor and the tenderness of the meat's texture, resulting in food melting in the mouth. It wouldn’t be disappointed alongside some noodle and chili black bean sauce/green dried chili.

Eds' note: This is one branch of the Hawker Chan local franchise where you can try Singapore's famed soya sauce chicken (the original stall that won the Michelin star is in Chinatown). It's a must when in Singapore!
