Aloo Paneer

This quickly became a favorite. Being much more versed in Mexican food, aloo paneer seems like a Nepali version of the quesadilla. Paneer (thin bread) is actually stuffed with bits of potato, peas, carrot, onions, then baked (or fried, if that how you order it). Served with goat yogurt and chili sauce. Despite my lust for cheese, it's a winner!
