Char Kway Teow (Fried Noodles) is my favourite Malaysian hawker dishes. Made with fresh rice noodles, prawns, chinese sausage, Available all over the country with authentic versions including amazingly crisp croutons of pork lard and cockles. You HAVE to try this dish.
