These ‘squid-sausages’ are a specialty of the east coast of Korea; the calamari-body serves as its own casing, which is then filled with a mixture of the tentacles which have been chopped and mixed with rice and vegetables. Slightly scary looking at first, but when sliced and pan-fried–amazing!
