Sea Urchin Soup

It looks like gold and tastes like heaven. Just-harvested sea urchin is the main ingredient in this wonderful soup with the essence of the Sea of Japan. Beautifully displayed and served in an elegant lacquerware bowl, this dish is food for the stomach and the eyes. I suggest eating it in a restaurant with an ocean view.
