Betel Nut Kulfi

You can't get very far in India without seeing people chewing Paan - a combination of betel leaf and the areca nut. But paan kulfi (or ice cream) is harder to come by. It's worth seeking it out at this small shop in Old Delhi. The flavor is indescribable - a combination of soap, perfume, and...who knows what else! Somehow it works!
