Roast meats are a staple in the Hong Konger's diet, excellent crackling with some fat retention for full-flavoured pork goodness. This dish is usually served with BBQ sauce (charsiew) roast pork, or options for roast duck/goose/chicken is also available. It's called the 双拼 in Mandarin and Cantonese.
