Mini Egg Puff's are popular snack food in Hong Kong bought from street vendors in a variety of locations They are put into a paper bag with holes in it to prevent condensation They are slightly crunchy on the outside with a soft center, cooked in a waffle style pan Evaporated milk is used in the recipe giving them a sweet flavour, best eaten hot
