I initially wondered why so many of my friends and colleagues were raving about this particular dish. What could be so special about grilled corn? After tasting some, my doubts completely dissipated. Maybe it's the mix of drizzled oil and local seasoning that gives the corn a special kick. Regardless, this was my all-time favorite item at Sovanna.
