Khmer cuisine is a bit underrated compared to its Southeastern Asia neighbors. In some ways, it's a shame and fish amok exemplifies this. Fish Amok is fish steamed in coconut milk curry wrapped around a banana leave and garnished with green onions and peppers. It's an exquisite tasting dish.
