Afang soup (gnetum)

Submitted by vickypree
Umoh restaurant
Africa, Nigeria, Akwa Ibom state

This is Afang soup prepared with the ingredients listed below: water leaves, Afang leaves (gnetum africatum), palm oil, meats, cow skin, fish, stockfish, salt, maggi, peppe and a little water. It's awesome because it tastes great and yummy and that makes it deliciously different. It's regional because it's a native food in Africa, Nigeria. This soup can be taken with semivita. It gives proteins and minerals to the body.
