The first thing that comes to my mind when I hear the word ‘tagine’ is the pottery pot from which the smoke of marinated meat and vegetables flows, as well as sour plates and colored colors that bring happiness. Tagine is a Moroccan dish cooked in a specially made pottery pot to retain the taste of meat or chicken and vegetables put inside.
