Ethiopian Buna (Coffee): Ethiopia is believed to be the origin of coffee. Ethiopian coffee, rich with aroma, has a trademark ceremony; a process that includes roasting, grinding, brewing and drinking. In addition to the coffee preparation process, the ceremony includes burning incense, a clay coffee pot (jebena), coffee cup (sini).
